I'm going to make my first ech tincture. Just got 4 oz each of both purpurea and angustifolia from Mountain Rose. They didn't have fresh. Is this OK?? And can I use all of both?? I know it's a slightly different ratio but I'd like to use them all up at once. Thanks!! 4 0z of each will fit nicely in a mason jar.
