Breast/Ovarian Pain

Does anyone know how long it takes at 50mgs for some improvement to be seen/felt? I have been on 50mgs of Lugol's for about 6 weeks. I also just started Chinese Bitters last friday & will be starting Coptis this weekend. Have some Gold Coin Grass on order as well and will start that after the Bitters. I take my supplements daily & salt load 2x a day every day. My left breast is throbbing (& the right doesn't feel so great either)as well as my ovaries have been ouchy off & on. Seems there is never an end for this pain. My sister is going in for a biopsy on her breast to check margins on a mass. If margins cannot be adequately checked, she will go on tamoxifin. She too also suffers from ovarian cysts and endometriosis & incidently has an enlarged thyroid with a nodule. We both agree though that we felt the best ever when we were on hormone meds to mechanically shut down the ovaries (to treat endometriosis)...this was quite a number of years ago. Medically cut off estrogen...bye bye inflammation & pain. I just don't want to go the synthetic route tho...:/
