Timing of epsoms salts? // Re: The safest form of liver flush isn't even a liver flush

How do you time the Epsom Salts with the coffee enema? And how much ES do you take?
I would guess that 1 table spoon ES 2 hours before the enema would fine. However one may run into the problem of having a bowel movement while doing the enema.
Or do you add the ES to the enema solution? Or do you do something else for dilating the bile ducts? You mentioned several options in your post but not how you do it? I'd greatly appreciate if you can provide more detail.
Thanks for your great and inspiring post. It really makes me want to start coffee enemas from which I stayed away so far.
