The safest form of liver flush isn't even a liver flush
It is a coffee enema.
I have been experimenting with this and it appears to me that it is far more effective, and gentle. It is also far less demanding on my time and far less invasive on my system.
The key with these enemas is to soften up the stones first. I am sure most of you guys have heard of the herbs like chanca piedra and goldcoin crass. I've found something far more effective. It is still goldcoin grass, but it has been micro-digested and nano-ized by bacteria so that it is super-absorbable. This was the first product I found that I really liked that helped soften and clean up the gallbladder. This product has tested well through all of the electodermal screening and muscle testing and it also has a good clinical track record. I am only posting it here because I thought some of you might be interested. The problem with all herbal products is quality, absorbability, and effectiveness. This product is good on all 3 of these issues.

By taking the gallbladder nano and also doing
coffee enemas many a gallbladder has been saved from emminent surgery. I talked to some naturopaths about this and they are warming up about this combination. It poses a simple and elegant solution without all the inherent risks and discomforts (save the discomfort of doing an enema) of the liver flush.
I personally broke out in rashes, jammed up my kidneys, inflamed my gallbladder and jolted my system from the liver flushes. I used all the prepatory advice and had done the
parasite flushes already. Since I have a good friend who is a naturopath he electrodermal screened me and also used muscle testing and we learned, immediately, the strain that these
Liver Flushes had placed on my body.
I am a somewhat healthy and physically active person. If I was having these symptoms I can only imagine what some of the more chronic fatigued individuals must have experienced. In addition, I did a search of the literature and I found that the chemical analysis of the gallbladder flushes and were not favorable. I posted one here on my blog.

I also consulted a naturopath friend and asked him what the research was on the gallstone flush. He told me that he had also sent out gallbladder flushes to labs and gotten similar results as the above article states.
I am not here to say that these things don't work, but that counting the stones in the toilet simply isn't an accurate way of assessing if your flush was successful, or if the green balls are even 'stones.'
Clearly, we have many positive testimonials on the olive oil liver flushes.
The
coffee enema also has a very good track record. It has saved gallbladders, cleared out the sludge in the biliary ducts and cleaned up the mess. The only thing is that it isn't as aggressive as the
Liver Flush so it may take at least 10 enemas.
If you are in trouble, the good thing is that you can do one or more of these a day for months on end (just make sure to watch your electrolytes and probiotics if you are doing this, however). Then, if you having inflammation a castor oil back can be used.
Why wait weeks on end between gallbladder flushes, risk jamming both the kidneys and the gallbladder (which can create a rare but very life-threatening condition) when there are simpler alternatives available?
There are also many 'baby gallbladder flushes' that can be performed that dilate the gallbladder. Often they involve no more than 2 tablespoons of olive oil. These are also far more gentle but still get the bile flowing. You can read about those here:

These mini gallbladder flushes are useful before fasts (clearing out the bile stores and making it easier to go on no food) and they can also be done once a week.
I am personally sticking with the coffee enemas, but I can see the need for the mini-liver flushes. I am satisfied with the results.
There are plenty of instructions on using the
coffee enemas here on curezone. I would advise to grind your own beans, however, to avoid oxidation and to possibly add an immune compound such as garlic oil, oregano oil, ect.
Finally-- with the coffee enemas, after one has softened and broken up the stones (after a month is usually a good time to begin them after using gallbladder nano) one often needs something to dilate the bile ducts so that stones can get out.
You guys already know about the
Epsom Salts and about magnesium, ect.
This is often a big hurdle. If the bile duct isn't dilating stuff isn't getting out. This is very important during both times of parastite cleansing (flukes eggs flood the gallbladder when being cleansed) and also during liver/gallbladder cleansing.
If you are concerned about this I know that Standard Process has a product called Disodium Phosphate which is good at dilating the ducts and Quantum Health has a product called Gallbladder complex which is also good. However, it may be quite possible to dilate the ducts with just good old
Epsom Salts and magnesium, ect.
I spent quite a bit of time researching this issue over the last couple years. I was quite dissatisfied with the standard flushes proposed on curezone. Nothing I have said here is really revolutionary, just good common sense. The only thing I don't think people here realize is that the
coffee enema can actually clear all the sludge out of the gallbladder, liver, etc. Many a gallbladder has been saved this way.
Good luck and I hope this post is a help to some.
