If you are less than 150 lbs and you don't have serious stones, you probably want to do 2 teaspoons a day.

You put the 2 teaspoons in a water bottle and sip them during the day. The slow drinking process is important for the absorption.

If you are heavier you may need up to 4 teaspoons a day.

I am a big guy over 200 lbs, but 2-3 teaspoons was the right dosage for myself.
