Re: Doing really well

Hi Powertool,

I would like to offer you another possibility that has just come up recently. It turns out that I and many others suffer from paradoxical folate deficiency which is an induced folate deficiency caused by folic acid and/or folinic acid. It has the rapid effect of increasing histamine and inflammation and increases the hypersensitivity response. Unfortunately folic acid is contained in Country Life Dibencozide as well as many b-complexes. I have completely removed folic acid from my program and am doing much better yet again. On the whole methylb12 and Metafolin reduce MCS, histamine, inflammation, allergies and asthma. The induced folate deficiency can trigger it very suddenly. Source Natural Dibencozide, while untested by me so far for effectiveness has no folic acid and looks like a good alternative.
