Re: Doing really well

Dr lam in his supplement is in fact treating for mithocondria dysfunction and ribogy that I have at home is in fact pretty much the whole package.

The only problem I have with ''ribogy'' is that it is a mix of everything wich make it really hard for supplement sensitive person to know exactly what is effective and what is not. Also you cannot know excactly the quantity you are taking since it is a proprietary blend witch makes it even much harder to track your treatment.

That is what myhill recommend for mitochondria

''Many patients I see get well with my standard work up with respect to vitamins and minerals, diet, pacing and sleep. However many need the specific package of supplements, to further support mitochondria which includes D-ribose, CoQ10, acetyl-l-carnitine, NAD, magnesium and B12 injections. All these things must be put in place to repair and prevent ongoing damage to mitochondria so allowing them to recover''

what does Lam recommend for af : coq10 , glutathione , ribogy (carninite coq10 d-ribose)+ massive dose of c.

he is basically treating for cfs but calling it adrenal fatigue. There is not just the adrenal involve in all the problem most of us are experimenting. It is a much larger issue, immune system , endocrine , hpa axis , nervous system. It cannot be explain by ''The adrenal are getting tired'' this is only part of the problem.
