Re: Doing really well

Jarrow methylb12 5000mcg 3x per day: This I did not get much of an effect from. Brain fog lifted slightly.

Country life dibencozide 3,000mcg: This form of active b12 was like rocket fuel to me. It cleared the brain fog quite a bit. It also gave me a lot of energy, a little bit too much. I feel like I am going to healthiness, but I am going back through uncomfortable stages, like anxiety but no brain fog.

Solgar Metafolin: 800mcg, methylfolate in the metafolin is critical for b12 to work, and 40% of people may have a genetic problem with converting folic acid to methylfolate.

l-carnitine fumarate: Helps dibencozide (or adb12) to work. I am taking 500mg so far and am only 2 days in, but it seems to be working.

I have a ways to go and a lot more things to add in like TMG, SAMe, d-ribose, etc. Actually, quite a few things are in dr. lam's "ribogy" and I do not think that is a coincidence.

I am doing this on my own. My doctor put me on 2000mcg b12 and regular folic acid and low dose antidepressant. I improved a lot in the first month but after 2 more months I had not improved a single bit, and I had an appointment with him and all he said was that my treatment was sufficient. We then talked about ATP and mitochondrial dysfunction in which he totally believes in because he was explaining it to me. Which made me think he knows what he wants to treat me for he just doesn't know how to do it yet.
