Florastor IS a probiotic. I don't know why you would take one in addition to it. I took it for a while and it did nothing for me, but everyone is different. Have you done any bowel cleansing? If your bowel is toxic, and looking at the problems you are having my guess is that it is, then nothing else will clear it up unless you get rid of the toxins in your bowel. I plan on doing a Bowel Cleanse starting tomorrow and then adding in a parasite cleanse. Tweet
