Florastor vs antifungal herbs

The medication my doctor gave me, florastor, says in the description it is a good yeast-freeze dried and in order for it to be effective, I cannot take antifungals.
For Leaky gut/candida, I take Colloidal Silver , oregano oil, coconut oil and just started taking calendula tea. These all seem effective but I am thinking of trying florastor. I plan t post my results. I am guessing florastor works like kefir, populating the gut with good yeast, though Florastor must be taken with a probiotic. Here's a list of some useful herbs for candida/LGS.
Bayleaf-antifungal
Cinnamon-antibacterial
Fennel-antispasmodic
Garlic-antimicrobial,antifungal
Tarragon-antifugal
Oregano Oil-antifungal
Barberry-antifungal,source of Lipase
Goldenseal-antifungal
Calendula-antiseptic,antibacterial,antifungal
Nutmeg-aids digestion
Peppermint-for bloating,gas
Rosemary-aids digestion, good for liver and circulation
Ginger-relieves bloating, detoxes and strengthens
Pau d Arco-antifungal properties
Coconut oil-inhibits fungal growth
Tumeric-antiinflammatory, prmotes bile
