Update 2

Well, for some reason recently my head pressure is very minimal, my back isn't hurting that much, but my shoulders are in pain. What could this mean?

Today I did a dry skin rub/exfoliation thing. It's supposed to be got for the lymph system, and I have a LOT of dead skin, and random rashes/really dry spots. I really think my body is attempting to remove toxins through my skin, and this is most likely related to my past with Accutane because of the extremely dry skin... As I said before when I get joint pains, I also get acne exactly where it hurts.

Here's what I'm currently doing: - Running frequently. - Minimizing my shower time. I've stopped using soaps for a few months. - Deep breathing. - Stretching. - Supplements: Lugol's iodine Vitamin D Calcium Magnesium Citrate Taurine Lecithin B complex Vitamin C And a few others from time to time like VitE and zinc. I'm also taking a liver supplement I got from my N.D. which is a blend of liver support minerals and herbs. I think it's been helping a lot.

As I said previously my diet is almost exclusively vegetables and fruits, with fish/chicken every day/2days.

I really think detoxifying is the way to go. If you read through my posts you'll see I'm showing perfect signs of hypervitaminosis A caused by my past with Accutane. When I take Vitamin A supps, everything gets MUCH worse. At one point, I was almost unable to move because of the pain.

Right now, my bones are in jeopardy, so I need to focus on rehabilitating them too.

Thank you all.
