Dearest:
Prepare yourself for a long and difficult journey, at the end of which you will be an incredible, healthy person. I've seen someone just slightly older than you do this and come back from the brink of destruction. He is an amazing person today.
First know this. When illness hits, it is the product of 1) being born with nutritional depletion passed on by the mother (which may be slow to manifest) 2) toxins taken in and accumulated in tissues and organs over the lifetime 3) poor nutrition in the diet 4) metal imbalances caused by all of the above....particularly high copper (which does not require ingesting copper to happen)
That said, health requires the opposite course be taken IMMEDIATELY and COMPLETELY. There is no room for cheating...this is not a get skinny for looks diet...this is a stay alive and become healthy and vibrant life change diet. If you have a mother that can help you with these things it would be crucial to get her help.
1) Stop ALL toxins: no alcohol, sugar, chemicals, no cigarettes, no grass NOTHING poisonous to the human body (this means no processed foods or tap water). No fast foods - virtually no eating out at all unless it's high quality (like a piece of broiled fish and a side of brown rice and vegetables with butter only.)
2) Utilize processes known to rid the body of built up toxins: fresh green drinks and carrot juice drinks daily. (You will need a good juicer); liver flushes;
coffee enemas (daily made with distilled water, "near" infrared saunas daily. (You can jury-rig an infrared sauna in your home fairly cheap..but would need a handy man type to build it (like a canvas tent with a 3-light infrared bulb box hanging from a frame)
3) Discover
food allergies and I guarantee you have them. Particularly with bone deterioration in the spine, I would be willing to bet my last dollar you are gluten intolerant. More on this below. CRITICAL: STOP ALL GLUTEN NOW!!
4) Eat ONLY foods that build your body back: small amounts of high quality protein at each meal: preferably organic, but as good a quality as possible...chicken, eggs, fish (not farm raised) beef; (Note, you may not like the idea at first but sardines are extremely good sources of protein, vitamin A & D, and good oils - only get the ones in olive oil) Eat them daily. Also, eat LOTS of cooks vegetables. Get a steamer - they make it easy. Cook up carrots, parsnips, turnips, rutabaga, kale, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, peas etc. NO TOMATOES, POTATOES OR PEPPERS as they are in the nightshade family and promote inflammation.
5) Add a good digestive enzyme to your diet and take it with every thing you eat. In fact get two different kinds like one with ox bile type enzymes and one with vegetable type enzymes and take them both with every meal. They will help you pull all the nutrients possible out of your foods.
6) Make some eggshell calcium. Good clean organic eggs...wash them with vegetable wash and rise thoroughly. Put them in a jar and pour fresh squeezed lemon juice over them. Let them sit in the frig for 4-5 days, shaking very gently now and then. The outside of the egg shell will dissolve in the lemon juice. When that has happened take the eggs out, strain the liquid and save it. Shake it up and take 1 Tablespoon a day. It taste just lemony - not bad and it's good, natural, body-assimilate-able calcium.
7) I would definitely take
Lugol's Iodine (only as directed!!) 2 drops twice a week. This is very important!
8) Drink lots of fresh, high-quality spring water daily. Like several
quarts. This should be your main drink, except for fresh made vegetable juices.
9) Pull oil. There's information here at curezone on it. I know from personal experience and with the experience of close others that it absolutely DOES pull out toxins and it also incorporates oil into your body when you may have difficulty getting it via the digestive track. Your skin will improve...to baby softness in time. I use sunflower oil. The young man I mentioned uses olive oil. Do the allergy test (below) and make sure you are not nut,seed,peanut sensitive and choose an oil accordingly.
10) Learn to meditate. You'd be shocked at how much meditation helps you stay on a program like this. It calms you, it makes you see the course you've chosen is the correct one. (Dr. Wilson noted below, has a good mediation technique on his site). The boy I refer to in this post ...if you met him ...seemed like the most unlikely candidate in the world to meditate, but his illness scared him so badly he was determined to do EVERYTHING he could. He tells me meditation has helped him enormously.
11) Considering making some personal affirmations that you repeat to yourself many times a day. I'll tell you mine, but yours should be personal to you...so play around and make up your own until they really feel right for you. They may include things like, "I gain health and strength every day"
I say:
"I am happy and joyous when I see God's creations.
I am connected to his higher wisdom at all times.
This knowledge brings me peace and lifts my spirit.
I am here for a reason and I listen for guidance.
I am in awe of the beauty and diversity of the earth and the heavens.
I am eternally grateful for the path I am shown.
Amen"
Now, to continue.......
ABSOLUTELY NO DAIRY (except butter which has no dairy protein) Never anything like margarine - which is fake food; NO SOY; NO WHEAT, RYE, (or other gluten grains); VERY little fruit...only as a treat. NO FRUIT JUICES of any kind.
DO not take multi vitamins / mineral preparations, they can make you much worse. If you have mineral imbalances (which no doubt you do) they could increase them.
12)Get a hair analysis done. There are several places to do this, but I have successfully dealt with Dr. Larry Wilson...google him and he'll come up on the net. Note: I don't agree with everything he says, but I've seen him save people with his program. Dr. Wilson will know from your hair analysis what your toxic metals look like and help you rid yourself of them.
As for vitamin D: the reason we are ALL deficient is we wash all the oils off our skin with showers daily...the oils never get a chance to rebuild and it is these essential oils (when in contact with the sun) produce Vitamin D. STOP washing any part of your body with soap that doesn't need it. Wash only the two "P's" with soap (pits and privates) Let the rest just be rinsed with the shower water. And do not make the shower hot or the high temperature water will wash off the oils. Now with all that new oil emerging (and it could take a while to get it back..sit in the sun...soak up that natural D. I personally believe that D in capsule form is NOT good for the human body. Get your oil back and get it through the sun like GOD intended. Your skin will thank you for it - and so will your whole body.
food allergies : It's easiest to do this with a monitor, but you can certainly do it manually. First, learn to take your pulse. Now, take it in the morning before you get up...several days in a row and write it down. It will be your base low pulse. Now you'll need a few days like a weekend to do this. Get up and sit at the table with ONE food in front of you...say some chicken. Breath deep and relax for five minutes before eating it so your pulse goes to a nice normal low (removing any higher pulse you might have had from running around the house, or watching a scary movie or worrying etc). You want to be in a normal pulse situation. Now take your pulse (lets say in a quiet pre-eating situation it is pulse rate-60) ..now eat the chicken and two minutes later check your pulse again. If it has spiked over 6 points and above..you are allergic to chicken...if still sitting quietly at the table your pulse goes to 66+ you should stop eating chicken. Do this with all your food and eliminate the ones that spike your pulse they are causing inflammation. Don't be discouraged, you may find you are allergic to many foods, but once you are re-balanced you'll be able to incorporate them back into your diet.
NOTE: that to be 100% accurate you should really do each food one by one and take your pulse first at two minutes, then at 45 minutes and again at 1 1/2 hours...this is because although many foods produce a subtle allergic reaction in the stomach, others...like gluten only play their nasty havoc once they've gotten to the small intestine...so the pulse rate my jump an hour or more after you've eating them.
For your purposes in the beginning and to keep it simple (considering your age) I'd say stick with the two minutes pulse test AND ABSOLUTELY REMOVE ALL GLUTEN AND DAIRY FROM YOUR DIET.
Lastly, I know this sounds daunting. We all want to pop one pill and have it all go away...but that is not reality. When we are born we are given the most sophisticated biological entity in the known universe to care for (our own human body) and we do a terrible job of taking care of it...until something starts to go wrong and then, if we are lucky we realize just how important caring for it is...and we start to do what we should have done from the beginning.
You can get well...but you must do the work. God helps those who help themselves. You don't even have to be religious to understand this. Call it mother nature, call it what you want, but if YOU can't be bothered ...why should the power that heals be inspired to rise from the depths?
Like I said at the beginning of this, I've personally worked with a young person who was pretty close to being irretrievably ill and I've seen this program completely reverse the incredible multi-faceted, (dozens of symptoms) mess he was in. Have faith and know you will gain knowledge so valuable it will save your own children. Love & Peace
