Re: o/t~ gluten free for 2 1/2 weeks :) !!!

it is due to too much nitrogen...

gluten has become a huge, controversial issue...

here is why...

the primary chemical fertilizers used are composed of nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium.

using nitrogen, produces ammonia, which increases the gluten content in the grains... depending upon the amount of fertilizer used, it could be exponential.

The gluten then causes massive health problems... why?

How do you grow *yeast*?

sugar, ammonia, and phosphoric acid.

What problems do most people face today?

fungal issues, including candida, skin issues, nail fungus, jock itch, athletes foot, etc.

What about the fungal issues that farmers deal with that require more and more fungicides?

these things were known well over 100 years ago - check out the farmers and planters encyclopedia from 1868. Search it with the words nitrogen and\or gluten.

Using manure, gluten content was about 11 percent, using urine, which has a much higher nitrogen content in the forms of carbonate, lactate and phosphate of ammonia, yielded 35% gluten...

d@mn... humans are stupid. They have created their own problems... and instead of correcting their behavior and the root causes of their problems... they attempt to fix them in ways that profoundly compound the problems.

Nitrogen is the joker card... the elephant in the room the "No ONE" talks about... so I will.

many foods, including organics have way too much nitrogen in them... and guess what form it is in?

That is the very sharp and clear reading you will get when using a refractometer... that means that the produce (food) is higher in Nitrogen; in order for this produce to be even somewhat beneficial... it must be high brix... if it is low, it will be very acidic - and rot very fast.

ML went over this and over it in his forum if any one is interested... I debated it too in the Alkaline\Acid Debate Forums ... as it was a major topic of debate with those that did not know any better.

BTW - the excess nitrogen in our foods (air, soil and water (yes, drinking water with nitrates \ nitrites - look it up - pollution too) messes with your protein metabolism... and wrecks havoc on your health.
