Re: Slightly OT: hair test results!

Hi Ginagirl! The Amalgams are still there and I plan to take them out sometime next month. I've accepted mercury toxicity to be a forgone conclusion at this point. Yeah, I have heard that the hair tests are hard to read. I would like to post the results in the Cutler group; I don't really know any other resource for hair-test readers. I imagine everyone wants Mr. Cutler to read their tests!

I looked over the homeopathy links and they seem to share a lot of symptoms. Arsenic seems like an excellent match though. Mercury was a great match as well. I think there are no side effects in taking any homeopathic? Then I could just try each one and see if it helps.

At the same time, the symptoms seem closely linked to Iodine intake. I stopped Iodine six days ago and the supplements yesterday. My hands are a lot calmer than they have ever been. Maybe the plan should be: rest for a week, restart the supplements with diatomaceous earth (a detoxifier). After another week, restart iodine/iodide to around 400 mg, and wait and see. If symptoms reappear with the lower dose, add a homeopathic.

I wanted to mention something about borax to you. It has helped so much, thank you! I believe it was the main force targeting the candida and took about 1.5 months to pacify it. But in the Wise Traditions article that wombat linked to, the authors said not to take boron-containing solutions for extended periods of time if a person is metal toxic. The hair test showed high boron levels, although the summary said that the relationship between boron in tissue and hair is unknown. Thinking about reducing borax to 1/8 teaspoon or having a break from it.
