Re: Bad cramps/constipated feeling

Unfortunately a lot of people follow the standard medical suggestions for dieting and fat is seen as evil. The fact is that every individual is different and this requires a personalized diet. More importantly, fat is not the bad guy, there are countless number of complications because of people steering away from fat.
Step one is to eliminate the real bad food from the diet and that is any man made/chemical food (processed food). Step two is to find the best diet for your body type. I personally feel that metabolic typing is the better approach to fine tune your diet as it takes a lot of your own feedback to match the diet to you. Knowing your blood type is helpful too as it can give you hints on which foods you can tolerate (I would not follow the Blood Type Diet religiously however).
To me Dr Price approach to diet is the more sound of all.
Remember too that just because a food is seen as healthy in general, doesnt mean that its healthy for you. For me, I tried an all vegetarian diet for a while with low fat, low protein, and that sent me over the edge (as a fast oxidizer, a parasympathetic diet rich in protein in fat, specially animal derived, does wonders to me).
Be cautious with HCl dosage.
See if the metabolic typing is for you (Dr Kelley)
