Re: +edit...Dosage correction and other thoughts...Re: Anti-anxiety and neuroprotective effects of ashwaghanda
Now I'm second guessing myself. Maybe I haven't explained what I discern my limitations to be. I guess I'm just asking you to trust my intuition for myself. When I tell you that I have a limitation I feel like you don't believe me. It's true, maybe my perception is not accurate, but I wonder if there is a way to guide me with questions rather than absolutes like, "meat is harder to digest than plants". I don't believe that that is true for everyone. I believe that different foods are appropriate for different people at different times and I wholeheartedly dissagree with the idea that certain foods are difficult for everyone to digest. Every time i've heard someone make a statement about some kind of food being easy or hard to digest it has almost never been in alignment with what my body is telling me. Is it possible that we are all right, that what works for one person isn't necessarily what works for someone else though?
I love learning about herbs from you and Dr Schultz and Dr Christopher and I believe that many people have healed with your/their guidance. I dissagree that all people need to be vegetarean though. I dissagree that the diet that is recommended is mucuosless for everyone. When I eat rice, for example, and I have a
colonic afterwards there is a marked increase in the amount of mucous and gas that is visible. I also feel much worse. Grains of all kinds, even quinoi, makes me constipated and gassy and mucousy and has been that way for at least a decade. It makes absolutely no sense for me to addopt a diet that would cleary create mucous, gas and pain in replace of a diet that does not for me. And it's insane for me to assume that my diet is appropriate for anyone else, especially if they find the things that I eat to be intollerable.
