I have trouble digesting raw veggies and so it feels like powdered herbs are generally gonna be harder for me to digest than a tincture. That's why Im doing it that way. I think the powdered herb could be fine if you don't have trouble digesting things like that.

According to Uny you want to take three teaspoons per day of the herb to to get the benefit. I would work your way up, of course.
