you might want to get your vitamin c intake to bowel tolerance level. 10-15 grams per day might not do if you need 60 grams. I use anywhere from 24-26 grams per day. Right now I added oil pulling to my routine while reducing vitamin c, and it does not look as good as before. I am still trying to determine if it was the oil pulling that made it worse, or lesser vitamin C. I actually hope that both will be useful in healing.
