I've been lurking for over two years....finally found the nerve to ask a question. I recently (2 weeks) started mixing Vit C crystals and baking soda to create Vitamin C ascorbate. But, I do not yet see any results....e.g. gum tightening. I also started with some magnesium citrate (for now), and will soon add my Calcicum as I've learned about the importance of both.
But, I am wondering if anyone has any tips, comments, insight or ideas as to when I might 'feel' the difference in my gums. Any comments welcomed.
