I noticed my skin was nicer after high dosing vitamin C and MSM along with Sea Salt and iodine.

MSM? HOW MUCH/DAY? I'M A BIT NERVOUS ABOUT MSM BECAUSE I HAVE NOT DONE ENOUGH READING UP ON IT YET TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH TRYING IT....YET.

AND Sea Salt ON SKIN OR ORALLY TAKEN?
