Re: How and what supplements to take to lower cortisol?
So, I've been taking the Phosphatidyl Serine with some success actually. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to last a long time.
And I just recently found out that cold feet and hands are a symptom of high cortisol, which I have. Also, when my feet and hands are cold, my hair feels like straw and is very rough.
I also notice that in the morning, about an hour after waking I feel the worst, cold hands and feet. However, if I take a nap in the afternoon, I feel great when I wake up. My fair feels soft as silk and my hands and feet are great, but unfortunately that doesn't last for the rest of the day.
Does any of this sound familiar to any of you? I'm trying to follow all of the previous suggestions, but is there anything else that anyone would suggest I try?
I appreciate it,
Thank you
