Wow thanks for all the input. I will definitely try to incorporate some of those calming techniques into my weekly routine.
Sleeping 10-12 hours might be really tough to do, considering the amount I need to do, but I will try to get as much sleep as possible.
So it seems as though not too much has helped you with regards to supplements? I will try to start off with the relora and see what happens from there. Hopefully it'll help a bit. I'll let you know guys know how it goes.
