This is a classic quote from the type of person that ends up with adrenal fatigue (myself included). No amount of supplements you consume will work if you don't change your lifestyle.
You need to do less than the average person for a long while if you have a hope of recovering. Otherwise, you will get worse. I made this mistake....most of us do if we still have enough energy to drive ourselves.
For the sake of your health....find a way to do less. Or at least be slow and mindful when you are working so you can stay relaxed while doing your activities.
