It's very hard to find health conscious youth today. I had to wreck my body to become aware of the alternatives and lies we are being fed by the food industry and gov't.

Trust me, I have not had any coke or pepsi or any other soda in two years (cheated with brisk iced tea last year). It disturbs me when I see it being drank my children or even my sister who is overweight.

I'll do a lot of things for my health and giving up pleasures is okay with me. I'm already a soy/gluten/corn free vegan after a 31 day water fast.
