Yes, it's possible. I have the same thing with the cutaneous strongyloides. The moles I have are clear, raised moles, but larvae just keep coming out of them. Plus, what I always thought were seborrheic keratoses are peeling off as I put castor oil on them. I was reading that the strongyloides can create these keratoses, and I have noticed that what is coming out of them doesn't look like hardened sebum, it looks like a worm larvae. It makes sense that they would be able to manipulate our skin to protect themselves any way they can.
