They way to come to a forum like this isn't telling people they aren't helping themselves and less to say people candida is easy to overcome. She, herself, has been more than 5 years battling it with diet, supplements, etc. If candida is easy to overcome, why she is still battling it ??. I really don't know why she posted something like that. If you find something that has worked for you, spread the word and come here and say I did it and got good results. It is the way to help and care for those who are still suffering. In fact, what she claims has helped her are enemas, the diet, and S. Boulardi (Florastor). Enemas aren't listed as a main point in any anticandida program, so people don't do them because nobody has said it is the secret to be cured. I am able to do anything if I know it works. Many people have followed the diet for long time without results, many have tried florastor too. If she knows the way to cure it, a great post could say.. Guys, please, do it and that, and you will be better soon or the secret is to do enemas 3 times a week or whatever !
I don't see any other way to help myself more than all I have done, lost, and sacrified to gain my health again. We all know that if we follow a restrictive diet for long time, candida will be reduced and we will feel better. It isn't a secret but the problem is we are still alive and a normal life isn't following a miserable diet FOREVER. Another way she could post is to tell us, candida is easy to overcome do this, step 1, step 2, and step 3. But, if you have to tell me I have to eat salads and meat for 10 years, and take probiotics, do enemas, take antifungals, then, you aren't telling me something new. We all will get better soon or later as long we respect an anticandida program but the protocol can not be followed for the rest of your life if you are wishing a normal life. If so, then this shit can not be cured. Period. Moreover, nobody can feel good under this treatment because the diet isn't a healthy diet, the supplements has side effects, such as headaches, gastritis, stomach upset, diarrhea,etc.
If she wanted to say it will take years, an strict diet, antifungals, etc, then it is the same we all know.
