It does sound like pancreatitis -- usually the pain is more centralized -- and if it continues/gets worse you should go to urgent care or the emergency room. Pancreatitis is an inflamation of the pancreas, natural health practitioners say it is caused by stuck stones that cause bile to flow into the pancreas and it becomes inflamed and painful. It comes on suddenly and is not a chronic condition. It can be life-threatening and land you in the ICU, so be careful!!
I would suggest a liquid fast with a lot of fresh vegetable juice & broths (to keep up your strength) and coffee enemas (coffee in water, not straight coffee) until that blocked feeling subsides -- but no more than a couple days. The coffee enemas cause the common bile duct to flush into the colon and can be very helpful in relieving blockages. I don't think a breastfeeding mother should really fast at all, but you are in distress. Because you are a new mother, the extreme protocols are probably not the best thing to do now & you might want to try gentler protocols until you stop breastfeeding.
