Re: Passed out (or something), went to ER..

I disagree.

If it were anxiety their adrenals would kick in before they were to the point of passing out, and they wouldn't be so exhausted they couldn't lift their head.

I had a similar experience the other day. I had eaten too lean meat and not enough fat so my insulin must have risen too much. On the way home from school my sugars dropped so low I thought I was going to crash. In class, before I left school, I was in the middle of a very fast, strenuous lecture that really drained me. I couldn't keep up with the professor. About 15 minutes before class ended my hand automatically let go of the pen and I could not get it to grip it again. Needless to say I was frightened. My adrenals kicked in enough to get me to my car, but by the time I was on the road my sugars dropped dangerously low. My muscles stiffened and some wouldn't move at all.

Thankfully the body corrected itself after a while, but it was scary. My pancreas was in agony. Especially when my sugars dropped. It hurt so bad. It was like it was straining to try and bring up the glucose level, but couldn't.

Today I got a similar feeling in class, but less intense. I've made it home and while I feel weak right now, I'm not "hypoglycemic".

Insight, have you had a saliva test done for cortisol/dhea? Get one done immediately. You sound like you're getting worse.
