I have never had Amalgam fillings, thankfully.

I did get a hair analysis.

The only metals that I found elevated were (none above the 'normal' range except lead slightly:

BARIUM - My result 0.47ug/g - REFERENCE < 1.0ug/g

CADMIUM - My result 0.054ug/g - REFERENCE < 0.065ug/g

LEAD - My result 0.82ug/g - REFERENCE < 0.80ug/g

MERCURY - May result 0.49ug/g - REFERENCE < 0.80ug/g

And for the non-toxic

COPPER - My result 28ug/g - REFERENCE 11-30 ug/g

All appeared in that green level, though maybe someone knows more about this...

I want to get my lead down, but how??

If any of this seems odd, please let me know.
