it is really, really gross. but this kind of healing i'm doing isn't for the faint of heart. i don't like picking through my scat....at all. but i NEED to know EXACTLY what goes in me and EXACTLY what comes out of me, so that i know EXACTLY what's going on in there. besides, it's not like those worms haven't been touching the inside of my body since they were born.

think of it this way: if you had a little baby that got a parasite infection, and you were treating it, would you inspect it's dirty diapers, when you changed them, to monitor progress? you bet. you have to take care of that helpless little child.

you are that baby now. at least, i am.
