Hi Uny,

The training pads worked great to retain the oil. I used one last night. I tried one of those back braces but it had too many hard supports that I would have to lay on, so I can't use one. But the Ace bandage worked okay last night, since I didn't have to pull it so tight, what with the training pads securing the oil. Thanks.
