I will look into the reflexology and EFT and will try a castor oil pack.
Usually if I have indigestion I juice some Ginger root ("root" pronounced like Dr Christopher... :) ). I ingested a massive quantity of the stuff Last night and this morning and it helped a little but didn't stop me from being awake for most of the night. At times I had a belch for every second.
I guess I will add the herbs that you listed to my shopping list, although I kinda feel like if pure Ginger root doesn't cut it then I can't imagine the others even comin close. It's powerful stuff. But I will try. For the papaya listed, are we talking fresh papaya or papaya seed?
