Interesting of your reaction to Lugol's. I've heard there is no widespread USA deficiency of Iodine, however true that is I do not know. I have a feeling I'd have a similar reaction to it, so I think I'll eat kelp in salads, take Ech, and cross my fingers.

Maybe I'll also stay indoors more for a while in case that may help while the radiation levels hopefully go down.
