yeah, magnesium is great; calcium (lots of dark leafy greens,) Epsom Salt baths, and nutritional or brewer's yeast... All the usual good stuff would be the general thing to do, and also very good to do in this Japan 'event'.
The good news is, the whole program Uny promotes is good for
whatever comes along.
B vitamins = stress-reducers. Kombucha, nutritional yeast...
