what i should do in my situation?

the problems keep adding up, i already got too much to deal with.

So per your other post, I was going to add an additional 5mg of valium before bed, so 15mg at night, 10mg in morning. for a few weeks an see how i feel. while continuing x4 daily if2 and my if1. I havent felt "stable" yet for a length of time. I think I need that before i try to start cleansing.

i'm still wearing of the superfood an juicing, but maybe it was just cause i'm not stable.

Now i have to worry about radiation. What exactly do i do, i cant very well take the tincture of echinicea and the if2 and try to stabilize on only 25mg.

I'm gonna start small with the juicing again and see what happens.

before the IF1 and IF2 I was able to go out of the house for a few days, then i started cleansing., now i'm scared an depressed again an losing hope. So i think i shoulda stablized for more than a week.

I'll be using Celery more. all i've eaten today is brown rice, scared to eat anything else. Tweet
