I can totally relate.

My doctor thinks I'm imagining it but he hasn't done any tests. I'm seeing him next week and insisting he do blood work as I've had kidney and gallbladder problems so it might be connected.

I can usually tell if it's going to be a good day or bad day by my breath. If my breath smells after I shower in the mornings, I know it's going to be a bad day. If not, my Body Odor won't be as bad that day.

The family says I don't have Body Odor . As soon as I leave work, I notice the odor seems to slowly go away. By the time I arrive home, I hardly have an odor. Like you, I'm realizing stress seems to trigger it.

Has your doctor run tests? It could be hormonal, kidney, liver, thyroid, intestinal, etc. etc. I'm thinking of seeing a gastroenterologist next.
