Day 12 of Post 31 Days Fast - Summaries and rants
Hello. My previous account was #138503. Just want to say I am posting for my own records and for future visitors who want to learn from my experience as I have from others.
I was the guy who had little body fat left and was in the lower 90s for a 5'6.5'' while almost passing out in the bathroom.
I am proud to say that I am alright and feel healthier than ever. I would like to summarize my refeeding so far before I tell the benefits, status, and weird (maybe inappropriate story).

After the day I almost passed out, I knew I had to up my refeeding following the advice of the people on this forum who were worried about me. That night, I ate some of the vegetable from my soup. It was delicious. I continued to eat the vegetable soup the day after while
juicing remembering to chew well with saliva and waiting at least 2 hours in between juice and vegetable soup (only a small bowl) and water 1 hour in between. Day 5 I think, I started the grapefruit in the morning. Afternoon, tried some grapes but I didn't like the texture of the skin. Continued the vegetable soup and juice. The next following days I gradually went up the food chain. Pretty soon I was eating whole fruits like oranges and melons and eating more veggies. Feeling brave, I had quinoa with organic pasta sauce for lunch, day 7 YUM. Of course I had not so healthy food. I ate some non whole wheat pasta one night but lots of veggies in the sauce sprinkled with a little soy free vegan cheddar cheese. Also ate two baked potatoes (why do take forever to bake) with soy free vegan butter and soy free vegan cheddar cheese. I continued to eat veggies and fruits like papaya, honeydew, young coconut, oranges, mango, etc. 2 days ago, I had string beans with onion, garlic, and tomato and spices like turmeric and cumin added. It was incredible. Had vegetbale soup again last night and today and some oranges, about to eat a mango since I think it wasn't ripe yesterday. Last night my stomach hurt and I think my digestive system was having a hard time. I have been drinking much water with my food lately which is not good to dilute in the stomach or maybe the banana I ate last last night hurt it. Today it is a bit better I think the ache on my stomach is from the laptop laying on it. I will experiment on gluten free organic brown rice spaghetti with organic pasta sauce with mushroom while I puree san marzano tomatoes and see if I can handle it. Maybe I will add some broccoli? I will be holding off gluten from my diet until a month or when I can get health insurance to test for celiac and allergy tests.
Now for the benefits. I am always seem to have energy. During the weekend, I was still emaciated but I kept going on little sleep. I had an urge to clean like a metaphor for my life and health. I formed a newfound bond with my siblings and we are able to communicate better and help one another instead of living in our own worlds. My face is looking great. My
Acne is tamed. It has little breakouts of tiny zits but no longer the once a month cystic breakout on the cheeks and jawline. My pores are a lot smaller and tighter and the rolling scars are for the first time looking way smooth. What helped is I have been putting turmeric powder on my face at night for 5 days and tonight will be the sixth. It has almost virtually diminished my eyebrow piercing infection that
Sea Salt water had a hard time doing. This morning I kept looking at my face and I used to hate looking at the mirror. I like how I look and for the first time, I accept how I look. I feel great I can go outside but I still have body dysmorphic disorder so I would be uneasy at first. Plus the fact I am still kinda skinny. By the way, I have gained AT THE LEAST 13
pounds and am around 107lbs!!!!11!! I am so glad. I am still skinny for my height but I want to start bulking up again and exercising real soon. Each moment I'm not tired I want to do one handed push ups lol. Sleep is erratic, only in 4 hour intervals because when I wake up, I WAKE UP.
Can anyone suggest a healthy way of bulking up in muscle mass on a vegan diet? I remember reading one of mamaduck's posts about being vegan and using hemp grass or something like that and about how cows get big just eating mostly grass.
I also want to add. Try avoiding all soy anything. It has given me bad hormonal imbalance. When I met my best friend, she introduced me to soy before I turned vegetarian. Little did I know it would be a big part of my cystic acne. Read my posts about how the fasts helped detox bromine (research this) and help balance my thyroid. Research soy as much as you can and avoid it. I know I will from now on.
Anyways skip this next paragraph because it is kinda inappropriate and deals with the err male genitalia because this is the last part but for those who are wondering what happens after a fast about libido and what not.
Everyone who has ever fasted has probably had a decreased libido. Hell you could put the hottest thing on my bed and I would not be aroused. Yesterday morning, my libido kicked up. For the first time I was somewhat aroused. Last night before taking a shower, I was erect. I will just say, the blood flow came in FAST. In the past few months before the fast, my erection was kind of weak. Last night, it was errr thicker and kinda longer. Now I am not trying to brag or anything but I have always had an above average length where I read that the average lies b/w 5.5 to 6.2
inches. But having been with only one sexua| partner and the things she said to me (we were intoxicated and it was dark the first time, how the heck can you tell before anything has happened yet), I was a little kinda insecure about it. After last night, I am glad of what I have and I believe the fast has helped my libido, energy, and the guy downstairs. Of course, being curious, I noticed I was a little more sensitive because I have not ejaculated for a while. I didn't ejaculate because I plan on never having to again. I want to practice tantra and karezza in the future and I don't want to feel tired from ejac. Well this morning, I had a wet dream. Womp womp. I couldn't believe it because I don't think I ever had one. Luckily, I still had energy and still have energy. Maybe it was just built up for so long it wanted to get out. Idk? Anyone else experience this?

I will probably be in the
Iodine Supplementation from now on, but I will stop by here to give advice to newer visitors (like don't go dangerously low on body fat) and give updates.
