Build up your immune system by eating good, clean, fresh, organically grown vegetables ( not potatos or other starches ) that are low in sugars. Plenty of sleep, exercise and a good attitude are important.
Avoid chemicals, including the chemicals that they put in meats.
Alkalize.
Fasting, 1 day a month, nothing but water for 24 hours.
