Why is everyone getting Cancer ?

When i was little, i am now 48, you never heard of people getting cancer, only i a few cases. Now, that all you hear, everyone is getting it, everyone is dieing from it. Scares the hell out of me. They just removed a tumor from my bladder, and so far so good, but i cant help thinking since i got it once, im going to get it elsewhere.
What are everyones opinions on why everybody is getting it nowadays, and what are everyones opnions on what to do in the meantime to prevent from getting it ? Tweet
