Your diet - post water fast, cravings/triggers and willpower

This question is for those who have completed 1-3 week+ water fasts.

I'm curious how your diet changed after your fast. Did you become more raw, fruitarian, vegan, 811, etc...if you did change your diet then after a couple of months, 6 months - have you been able to maintain that diet - WITHOUT EFFORT?

Was the diet change a "conscious change" or was it more a natural outcome of the fast?

How much willpower do you use to maintain your "new diet?" Willpower is stress to me, and that is not healthy and I wish to avoid it.

Did cravings / food triggers (Chocolate, nuts, etc.. anything) you have before go away permanently (Along with the toxins in ur body) or do you find yourself still attracted to them - but perhaps just less so? Do you treat yourself once in a while?

And if said cravings disappeared, If u were in situation where you weren't fasting - but hungry, and nothing else was available - would u eat it/them?

Just completed my longest Water Fast of 2 days - 50 hours. I suspect I will do something longer in the next few months. Working on removing triggers/cravings right now from my subconscious to make it easier the next attempt.

Thanks.
