Morgellon's doesn't have to make sores. Some people have them, some don't. You say you drop white stuff all over, well, that might be the fibers. They aren't necessarily visible to the naked eye.

Plus, the white stuff could be strongyloides larvae coming out of your skin.

You can have more than one kind of parasite. There are so many kinds, and everybody has at least one. I was totally shocked after my first round of humaworm, and then my second brought out even more stuff. I passed liver flukes, Tapeworm larvae, pinworms and threadworms, and even a long roundworm. No wonder I've been so sick for so long! I think I have all but the strongyloides under control, but who knows?
