Afflicted....If this Water Fasting forum is going to help the new people to fasting, then the mention of Aspartame as a legitimate way to Fast, must be disputed.
I, personally, like the 'strictness' of this forum. If you're unwilling to uphold the integrity of pure Water Fasting, then it's time to take your business elsewhere....myself included.....WY
