I understand, i will slowly do my taper.

I am 100% off xanax as of today. all valium today.

I feel better. somewhat. candida I think it still messing with me.


But i was able to go out today, i went to a strip club, a bar, hung with friends...normal 25 year old male stuff.did not drink, just water.

I did eat a salad with some italian dressing which is a candida no no...but i took 10 IF#1 pills with it.

I been really constipated

I'll try to open my diet a little more. An enjoy life more. I think part of me bein so sick is i sit here all day and think about, being sick. I need to get out an enjoy life.

Thanks for the advice everyone. these benzos play nasty tricks on my mind.

I TAPPED 3-5 times earlier today, an once before going into the bar.

It does help, but i have some DEEP seated issues.

I want this benzo shit to be over with so i can cleanse my colon, cleanse my liver, an kill candida, and get my life back.

I dont even wanna get drunk/party eat fast food. But a glass of wine would be nice, and something other then rice.

I feel really good right now, could just be the valium. I even just found out my ex is f***ing someone else already, an i just dont even care right now.happy to be breathing, she is definitley the one missing out, not me.
