just got off the phone with doctor. metametrix urine test cane back indicated high yeast.
getting rx for nystatin.
I know you will prob be against it. but my body us telling me this is a candidia problem, intact it's been tellin ne that for 9 months I just didn't listen.
I'll continue the if1 an my valium taper. but I'm really hopin I get some support Witt the go ahead for nystatin.
i know people gonna say oh just go on alkaline diet. no I've tried that I cannot tolerate only veggies, I can't way nuts. an I can't tolerate fruit . I'm way to malnourished for any alkaline diet.
any advice appreciated. I believe the candida is systemic now an hopin this treatment brings some relief to the point I can do an alkaline diet.Advertisement

Look around CZ, you'll see HUNDREDS of reports of people that have taken, but nobody getting cured. That's because "lack of Nystatin" is NOT the cause of Candida,
I know it'd be easier if Candida were the root of it all...but candida is NOT the cause of your benzo symptoms...the benzos are responsible.
Ray is right, jboy...there is no 'quick fix' here. And if you try 'quick fixes' every one will set you back SUBSTANTIALLY...and you'll get worse, instead of better (and then you'll be out of commission even longer, but you won't be able to blame the doctors or pharmaceutical companies...you'll only be able to blame yourself). And trust me, you don't want to have to add that to a situation that's already bad.
Now that you have a 'positive for candida' result, we can start working on it (the IF#1 has at least 2 herbs that fight candida), so you're working on it already and you don't even know it.
We simply can NOT add anything substantial to your protocol until you're 100% stabilized on the Valium.

just remind everyone though. MY PROBLEMS STARTED BEFORE BENZO USE. so quit saying all my problems are benzos. I appreciate all the help. but it's like once I said benzo that's all anyone focuses on, as if it's the cause of alllllll my problems. I didn't Start benzos until MONTHS after all my other symptoms started.
I'll continue with my taper. which neither if those forum sites have helped much . I'm totally off Xanax now . in 3 weeks I'm gonna start taking liquid Valium an reducing dose 1% every day

This is a reply to # 1,779,487...and jboy, just remember, I've never said your problems started with the benzos, or that's all you have to deal with. I know you had problems before, and I respect that (and believe it) 100%.
The thing is, you just have to think of the benzos as something like heroin (only worse, because the usage and withdrawal effects can last for YEARS if you don't stabilize correctly...and especially if you come off too rapidly).
1% per day is 30% per month...and that's 10% faster than Ashton recommends. You're taking a risk withdrawing that fast, but I'm not telling you that to try to stop you. I'm telling you that 'so you know'. If you try to go off too fast, you have to start over. I know that's crappy, but that's just the facts.

I don't know why you're eating so much brown rice all the time - that's certainly not something you heard on this forum.
Eat whatever you can tolerate...as long as it's not White Sugar , white flour, white salt or caffeine. And try to eat as organic as possible. Takin' a break from the EMF's should help a lot :)

I understand, i will slowly do my taper.
I am 100% off xanax as of today. all valium today.
I feel better. somewhat. candida I think it still messing with me.
But i was able to go out today, i went to a strip club, a bar, hung with friends...normal 25 year old male stuff.did not drink, just water.
I did eat a salad with some italian dressing which is a candida no no...but i took 10 IF#1 pills with it.
I been really constipated
I'll try to open my diet a little more. An enjoy life more. I think part of me bein so sick is i sit here all day and think about, being sick. I need to get out an enjoy life.

It does help, but i have some DEEP seated issues.
I want this benzo shit to be over with so i can cleanse my colon, cleanse my liver, an kill candida, and get my life back.
I dont even wanna get drunk/party eat fast food. But a glass of wine would be nice, and something other then rice.

This is a reply to # 1,779,608Just for the "fun" of it, go to Amazon and type in "Healing Codes" in the book section. Read the m-a-n-y amazing testimonies there.... perhaps you can find some relief for your deep-seated emotional issues with a program like that.
I have been reading your posts with great interest. I stumbled upon your posts, and I did not know what a "benzo" was. I googled it, and I was extremely surprized.... here was something that I would have never considered... that my daughter is being poisoned by pharmacuetical drugs. Everything that was stated about the side-effects of this drug, my daughter is experiencing. My daughter that is taking Xanax. She is SOOOO emotionally unstable, her anxiety issues have skyrocketed, she HATES us ( her parents), and has cut us out of her life completely. She has been irrational... so much so that it is unbelievable to us that she believes the things she does, and cannot listen to reason. Her temper is VERY explosive... goes from 0 to 500 in a milli-second, and she cannot calm herself down. She is filled with hate and unforgiveness.... and not just for us, but for our entire family and a-n-y-o-n-e who looks at her cross-eyed. We have been good parents... regular parents that did the best we knew to do. I am praying that God will send laborers in her path that will bring her to healing. For now, she has completely cut us out of her life, so my only option is prayer and faith. Thank you for sharing with such honesty what your struggles are... I will be lifting you up in prayer too.
I was lead to this book about the Healing Codes... it makes perfect sense to me... so I thought I would share it with you. I do not have any attachment to the authors... I have a major candida issue as well. I have been fighting it for over 6 years. The nystatin will help for a bit but as soon as you stop taking it it will come back and stronger than ever! I have tried Threelac and lots of.other products. If you go on the Candida Support Forum on the info page it will give you a protocol. It is basically what you were looking at doing before you found candida was your issue. Here is my plan:If #1 and 2, parasite cleanse,liver cleanse and coffee enemas. I just ordered a juicer. I will be doing the ACV bombs and echinacea tincture to build my immune system. I also plan on adding in natural antifungals to my plan as well. I will be using oil of oregano and possibly coconut oil. You an get through this without the nystatin. I hate to see you just add more poison to your body! I can tell you from experience that it WILL NOT cure your candida. I have done hours of reading in this forum and a few others and I am convinced that natural healing is the way to go. My body is so compromised because of candida thatdrugs will only weaken it further and add more of a toxin overload to my liver. This is a reply to # 1,779,423I'm no expert on Nystatin but I took it in the mid 80s with limited results. IMO, you'd waste your time and money on Nystatin. It's not going to do anything for fixing the cause of your health problems, it's going to, at best, cover up symptoms and possibly make you quite sick in the process.
I wouldn't even bother with doctors and expensive tests any more. They'll tell & sell you anything if you'll listen, and have a very small chance of healing anything.
IMO, the "alkaline diet" is something that only helps a certain % of people and seems like a recipe for failure. I've been too alkaline before and it took a month or more to recover from it.- Re: caaaaaandida josephr525

A few years ago I had $2000 and wanted to improve my health but actually only improved some health care people's financial status instead. I had a $640 Genova NutrEval test done, and then was charged $180 to have it interpreted for me by this money loving holistic MD.
They found all kinds of things wrong but had no clue about how to fix these things, other than to pile on the expensive supplements and hope they did some good. Just another example of how they love money but don't know how to get you well.
