just got off the phone with doctor. metametrix urine test cane back indicated high yeast.

getting rx for nystatin.

I know you will prob be against it. but my body us telling me this is a candidia problem, intact it's been tellin ne that for 9 months I just didn't listen.

I'll continue the if1 an my valium taper. but I'm really hopin I get some support Witt the go ahead for nystatin.

i know people gonna say oh just go on alkaline diet. no I've tried that I cannot tolerate only veggies, I can't way nuts. an I can't tolerate fruit . I'm way to malnourished for any alkaline diet.

any advice appreciated. I believe the candida is systemic now an hopin this treatment brings some relief to the point I can do an alkaline diet. Tweet
