Iodine/kelp helped, any more advice in tummy recovery?
Uhm.. still somewhat dizzy, and my heartrate is up, but I feel a slight sensation of relaxation, and my shoulders are relaxing a bit. My blood
Sugar is still a bit up in the weather, but I guess.. I guess I really have more to thank my paralyzed friend for helping me with giving me a little bit of tang! (seaweed/kelp)
Thanks Thall. That could easily have been exactly what I was missing, beyond simply having too much calcium.
I know a lot of folk are anti-grains/carbs here, but I figure I need to get on a regular pattern of eating and relaxing too. The bread's on my table, beside some grapefruit juice.
Ugh.. Burning sensation in the hindbrain, lots of heat, and my heartrate is up again. Those B-complex vitamins might simply be too strong. I've been excercising a lot and eating very little. My thyroid gland seems to have shrunk right down - at least the normal 'fat chin' effect is gone from my throat. I can certainly feel it when it's swollen up, and it's not making breathing difficult right now. Taking oxepaxam/Alopam did that right away!
Those are the parts that have been most active. Heartrate, hindbrain (motor control), and digestive system - I had a lot of bile through the day, which gave a bit of buttburn. :P
In fact, that's been the case right through the roof since starting the D3. Brain effects. It's what I want right out of, brain issues! I'm definately much more body-aware right now, and when there's a sensation of cold.. then yes, goodness, that part has gotten cold! When there's a twinge up top (brain region), then OMG, yes, something's going on up there!
I wish I had someone experienced and patient to talk to and help me sort things out. >.< Please. <3
