Re: Help against nausea Diabetes Type 1 + vitamin doses

Ok, thanks. Two tablespoons of kelp, softened in water- I'd gotten some from a friend.

I don't know if adding D3 currently would help much- I suspect heavily calcium overload and simply too much mineral absorbtion, as D3 makes the intestinal tract much more sensitive to minerals. I suspect the same for vitamins, but..
But.. I'm so confused, anxious and overwhelmed. Concentrating is difficult, relaxing, a little more difficult.

B-complex vitamins have helped level out the mood, but of course they up the blood Sugar a bit. I have a doctor's appointment on next friday, I mean to ask for a mercury test for the urine.

When I'll have to let you know after a bit how the Iodine has helped. I'd rather wait with more D until my system has had time to flush out the excess minerals. I already have a pretty damn high D3 level in the blood.

I need my appetite back.
