I can't tell if the image is a worm or an artifact but remember seeing something like it not long ago when I was searching for images of sheathed worms. If you pass another take a picture while it's fresh, it might retain enough of its morphology to id it.

That long worm you mentioned may be a Trichuris/whipworm. There were several other websites with images.

One impression I had was that it is a schistosome. The ova are found in feces as eggs are laid in the intestinal wall and liver. It would be unusual to fina a worm in the feces.

I don't think it is a good idea to stop the parasite herbs until the program is finished. I've read that you can take a 1 or 2 day break from the treatment and then start again at the last dosage level. Keep on the maintenance program. And plan on doing different herbs and supplements to dill off some of the more difficult to kill parasites.
