Re: Flush #11 results
call me jt.
i'm 32 years old. at 26 i was given Levaquin. it's a flouroquinalone antibiotic. it is detrimental to the liver. maybe you've heard of the cipro cases where peoples' achilles tendons have ruptured after taking it. cipro is a flouroquinalone. there are thousands of reports of people being severely crippled by these pills. search 'flouroquinalone toxicity' in google and you'll see what i mean.
i was given that garbage. and in 3 days it ruined my life. but at the time i didn't put 2 and 2 together that it was the drug. so for 3 years as my health got worse i searched high and low for an answer to as to what was afflicting me. all the classic symptoms: chronic fatigue, tendon ruptures, tendonitis, muscle tremors, brain fog, skin rashes, etc.
i was given the diagnosis 'fibromyalgia'. and then when after 3 years my stomach started swelling and was irritated, i was given the diagnosis 'g.e.r.d.' as well. and i was given Nexium (a PP inhibitor). it relieved the symptoms. but it also gave me strange bruising for no reason other than its a poison. then i switched to prilosec. then i quit it. then i ran into trouble again and i had some aciphex which i took. and in 3 days i couldn't speak from throat harshness. so i looked on-line and found that that was a side effect of the poison and quit it.
but i wasn't done. a few months later, i had an infection and was given doxycycline. and all my problems worsened immediately, 5 fold. that was a year ago.
and then i started to put it all together. and i realized my liver has been trashed by pharmaceuticals. that's why i experience every side effect possible from every drug. my liver can't handle it anymore. and then i found the info about Levaquin and realized that it had been the catalyst and that my story was not unique.
so, i will not take another pill. i will not poison my liver any further. i quit the PPI's. And I also figured out that since i was poisoned with Levaquin, i had developed an allergy to milk, which i had never had. how do i know? if i drink milk a pocket of air forms in the bottom of my stomach and makes eating a full meal difficult unitl i cut out milk and wait a few days for things to calm down.
this includes raw milk, yoghurt, kefir, etc. and other foods as well. what you eat affects how your stomach feels and PPI's are just masking symptoms while you further harm yourself.
why do i say all this? if you have a suspicion that those pills are giving you jaundice, by all means stop taking them. and really work with your diet.
it took me awhile to figure out which foods bother me, and its a pain to give up things i have eaten my whole live, but as the saying goes: eat to live don't live to eat.
good luck with your flushes
