I bought "NOW" brand Pantethine, 300mg.

Nope, never taken pantothenic acid or pantethine. I tried eating bee pollen to get it, but I couldn't tolerate it. Drops blood Sugar hard.

By the way, I notice that you write pantOthine, and I got pantEthine. Is there a difference?

I'll try your suggestions. I think I'll do the toothpick method first. What do you mean by "holding for three days"? You mean not taking it for three days? Once every three days and gradually increasing it?

I'm not too sure if I can tolerate yeast. I'll give it a try though soon. I've heard that people with candida, which I probably have also, shouldn't be taking any yeast of any kind. Some people even recommend against kefir. What do you think?

Blah...so my blood Sugar was 63 and I decided to eat again, so I ate 6 heaping spoonfuls of ground beef and beef fat. On the 4th spoonful, I put some of the hawthorne tincture in the meat. I just put a tiny bit, less than a drop. Well, my body ain't stupid; I'm reacting pretty strongly to it right now. Feel all this adrenaline, dizziness, almost like I'm gonna faint. Feels like my blood Sugar is dropping, but I'm gonna wait half an hour to check it. Really sensitive to things.

By the way, why do you suggest not taking pantethine after 6?
